What are the various payment methods available?
Fragnetics accepts payment through Internet/ATM bank transfer, cash deposit, cheque, PayPal, credit card (via PayPal), and
Western Union. Internet/ATM transfers done within the same bank are typically instantaneous, allowing us to verify payment
on the same day.

Does my reserve slot qualify for all Battlefield 2142 servers that Fragnetics hosts?
Reserve slot subscribers only receive priority in servers marked "EA SG Fragnetics". Other Battlefield 2142 servers
that we host are privately rented. They do not work as normal reserve slots under the reserve slot programme, although subscribers
may still connect to them when slots are available.
Why does Fragnetics not implement an IP filter for public BF2142 servers?
Private server rentals qualify for IP filters and our reserve slot system. However, our public servers are open to all players
worldwide because a substantial number of reserve slot subscribers come from outside of Singapore. A ping filter of 400ms is applied
to our game servers to limit the latency in-game.
